did you know there was a secret Irish organization or secret society with the same name as me? wanna learn about them? i do. so i wikipediaed them. they were miners Pennsylvania during the Civial war. they were responsible for coalfield crimes and kidnapping. but they wasn't a lot of proof, just a few people who testified against them but they could have been bribed. they were named after a group of Irish peasants who dressed up as women to antagonize their landlords.
